August, 22nd, 2021 – As Christians are we pure of spirit and in purity fully devoted to Christ Jesus? Do we accept a version of God and of Christ that is presented to us by the world so we can live in peace with the world or are we consistent in our devotion to the scriptural Christ? There is no way to avoid conflict with the world by adhering to Biblical truths because these truths will always be in conflict with the world. The world wants us to betray the true Christ by adhering to a false one. This does not necessarily mean that this Christ is a physical representation of our risen Savior. This could be anything that takes you away from a relationship with God that was made perfect in the death, burial and resurrection of Christ Jesus. 2 Corinthians 10:1-6
