A Brand New Life

June 18th, 2023 - Do we need nighttime to know that it is day?  Do we need pain to know when we're free from it?  Some would argue that Sin has its place in that without Sin we would not need Grace and therefore should continue to sin so grace would grow.  But that is not what Christ died for.   He died so that Sin would no longer have its grip on us.   And for us to be free from Sin's grasp, we must die to it as well.  That means our old self, our sinful sell, must be buried so our new self, baptized by the Holy Spirit can live. Romans 6:1-7
