August 8th, 2021 – The Bible is very clear about our responsibilities when it comes to giving.   We are to give of ourselves so that others will know of God in our lives and what He has done for us by demonstrating in kind, the same to others.  But it is not always about financial tithing.   We are asked to give our time, our talents, our understanding, our empathy, our presence, and most importantly, our love.   And we are to do so without regret or concern.   God will apportion to us these things in accordance with His wishes not ours.   We just need to be ready to receive this instruction, be prepared to offer to others the gifts we’ve been given, and in that a seed will be planted and God’s purpose for our lives will be fulfilled.
