January 28th, 2024 – Jesus’ first miracle occurred at a wedding in Cana in which He, at the bequest of His mother, changed water into wine.  It was an auspicious beginning to a ministry that would change the world but much can be made of this moment in His life.  His respect for His mother, His desire to see friends not embarrassed at a banquet, his communion with others in such a human event such as a party following a wedding.  These things show the type of human He was but also give us an indication of what we should know.  Jesus saves the best for last.
