Scripture calls Christians to live out their faith through love, hospitality, compassion, sexual purity, and contentment, rather than being controlled by selfishness or the love of money. We can live this way with confidence because God has promised never to leave or forsake us, so we need not live in fear of what people or circumstances may do to us.
